I also haven't told my family apart from my sister who is a little weird like me.
I do feel a bit silly doing it and look at other blogs that I love to read and feel totally rubbish about mine but it's my little guilty pleasure.....Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04534202747855687922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4868517035488883721.post-42452543147168327542010-09-08T23:22:17.453+01:002010-09-08T23:22:17.453+01:00Blogging is a funny thing; most of family and frie...Blogging is a funny thing; most of family and friends know tho altho I am careful not to share it on facebook etc.

It was weird when one of my friends saw the table plan and which table they were on before the wedding though!

My dad also talked about my blog in his wedding speech too; as he had got mum to knit a tea cosy in our wedding colours (long story about how I used to wear them on my head as a baby and my blog profile pic was me with said cosy on my head!)Gaynor {Our Day by Design}https://www.blogger.com/profile/12605696789497309197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4868517035488883721.post-7171230151609003562010-09-07T16:30:15.092+01:002010-09-07T16:30:15.092+01:00I actually haven't told ANYONE in real life th...I actually haven't told ANYONE in real life that I blog - oh....actually....that's a lie, I've told @makeupbykaty who will be my MUA for the wedding, but I've not actually met her yet, so that sort of doesn't count.

One day, I may well tell people, but at the moment blogging is actually a little escape from the real world, and a place to share all of my thoughts and ideas (particularly wedding talk) with like minded people, rather than forcing it on my friends and family.

I'm not brave enough to share it with anyone in the real world yet, so good on your for doing it and fighting for it too!

xxClarehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15719873862342780142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4868517035488883721.post-15867551707431833732010-09-07T16:29:54.585+01:002010-09-07T16:29:54.585+01:00Another weirdo here! I think it comes down to personal preference - it works for some and not for others. But I think it's a shame that the people it's not for make us feel like we have to hide it away. Like some dark secret! :0) I say sod 'um. It works for us and that's all that matters! I'm a weirdo and I'm proud of it! :0) xxAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
